Job Description


Complete incoming requests and reports ticketing and direct actions from users in the office Centralize, Regional and branches around Surabaya.

Ensure all requests and reports must be recorded in Ticketing System.

Support Data Center in Surabaya, and coordination with the team in Jakarta.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems

  • Minimal 1 years of relevant experience at IT Helpdesk or Infrastructure (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)

  • Tech savvy and understand IT skills such as Join Domain on Windows10

  • Installation, troubleshoot PC/NB Windows10, Printer Installation & Troubleshooting, Proxy Settings, CCTV software installation

  • Office365: Installation, troubleshooting, updates

  • Remote Tools: Anydesk, VNC

  •  TCP/IP Configuration (basic)

  • Message/Chat Tools: Microsoft Teams

  • Willing to be placed at BAF Surabaya, and candidates with domiciles in Surabaya and surrounding areas are preferred.

  • Contract outsourcing and willing to take part in a training program in Jakarta Head Quarter
